28 The Museum Tirpitz In the protected dune landscape along the Danish west coast, the architects Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) have created a spectacular yet almost completely concealed museum next to the Tirpitz bunker from the Second World War – and used the interplay between light and dark to tell the dramatic story of the place.
